Our hunting preserve specializes in providing quality, trophy whitetail and elk hunting opportunities with fully-guided, all-inclusive hunts on a wide variety of terrain. Modern lodging and amenities included. Our preserve is family ownerd and operated and we take great pride in providing our customers with world class hunting opportunities in picturesque Northern Wisconsin.
Genetics & Breeding Program
Hogsback Ranch, located near Gilman, Wisconsin, consists of eleven whitetail deer breeding pens on 20 acres of land, including a handling corral and facility. We designed this operation and facility to improve the handling capabilities of whitetails. This in-turn promotes a higher quality of genetics with less stress. Plus, by simplifying the annual vaccination process we achieve better overall health.
At Hogsback Ranch, we have been refining our genetics using artificial insemination since 2000. The possibilities when utilizing artificial breeding are endless. We take great pride in providing our customers with world class genetics. We offer does, fawns, breeder bucks and semen for sale throughout the breeding season. Deposit is required for final booking. Management hunts for whitetail deer are one day only and do not include lodging or meals. State and county sales tax of 5.5% will be added to all hunting packages. No hunting license required. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal accepted with an additional 2.5% convenience fee per transaction. Full payment for wounded animals.

Our hunting preserve specializes in whitetail deer and elk hunting, but we also have variety of other hunting opportunities available. We offer pheasant hunting, duck hunting, and trap or skeet shooting. You can also rent our lodge for a black bear or bobcat hunt or just to enjoy the trails of the Chequamegon National Forest.

Little Hills Hunting Preserve has eight fields that make up over 300 acres of prime game bird hunting ground. The land consists of planted and natural cover with thickets and draws, all leading to exciting experience of the hunt. The fields are all very diverse with something for everyone. If you would like to pair your Hogsback hunt with quality pheasant or chukar hunting, Little Hills is the place for you!
